Terms of sale

When you buy a file you receive a non-exclusive licence to use that data in your own marketing and sales operations. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the raw file as a competing data product.

You are solely responsible for lawful use: sender identification, consent or legitimate interest where required, suppression, and stopping mail to anyone who opts out.

Delivery is a digital download. Risk passes when the download link is sent to the email or WhatsApp number you provided.
