Refund policy

If a delivered file shows an excessive hard-bounce rate versus our 95%+ accuracy target, we will replace the failing portion or refund — up to 100% of that order — after you share a bounce report.

Refunds are not offered because a campaign did not convert, because you chose the wrong country, or because you used the file in a way that damaged sender reputation.
